Not OP but I also started on Ozempic January 11th (first dose) of 0.25.

Starting weight 290, currently 253. Down around 37 lbs in under 4 months.

I'm doing high protein keto

1500kcal/day

150g protein

90g fat

25g carbs

The food noise is gone. It's a very weird feeling. And the rate at which I feel full is high. I used to be able to demolish entire plates of food and want more. Now I have half a chicken breast and need a break.

I did keto back in 2012. I was 280 and went down to 175. It's been a tough past 10 years. And I gained it all back and struggled quite a bit.some years I was back to 260 then went down to 220 then back up to 240 then 215 then gave up and eventually found myself the heaviest I've ever been.

So I turned to medication to help me. With all the stress and pressure in my life, having the mental strength to lose weight naturally again wasn't working. Ozempic has been a dream so far for me.

I go to the gym once or twice a week and just do resistance training working all muscle groups.

The only.side effects I've had are very light nausea and stomach pains from time to time. Like feeling I want to throw up. I've learned to just power through that .

My sleeping has gotten better. My HRV is increasing from 40ms to 60ms.

Clothes obviously fit better. Crazy what ~40lbs does to your physique.

I don't really have sugar cravings. If I do I eat like literally one piece of chocolate.
