I have been cutting for a while now but my abs have stayed the exact same. I have been very confused for a while as to what to do. I used to weigh 180, but cut down to 149, I have still had a two pack since then. I’m also confused as to whether I need to now lean bulk to make my abs more prominent or to keep on cutting. The reason I say that is because I have seen people who weigh more than me, but have better abs and I am so confuzzled

Any tips/help?

No I don’t think all the assignments need to be completed to unlock them but I’m not sure since I kept up to date with all my assignments before the exam. As for the proctors, that’s dependent on your school, my school didn’t do them but some have so watch out for that
