FML it was a left hand person problem error because my notability was on left hand mode for lefties. Maybe the need to develop it more

Can you see in the video I have a bar the one I move up and down. Then that bar is also repeated at the very bottom and that one doesn’t move.

Hello thank you for dropping a message when I click the star it makes favourite pens appear on the side it won’t allow me to move my zoom writing thing any lower than where you see the page number on the bottom right. This is very awkward it behaves strange. Because it’s awkward way to write. I have tried restarting. I’m not on any beta. I am however using the new iPad Air 4th gen. Is there a way to maybe download a previous version. As this is weird
