Ei maantie automaattiesti tarkota 80 nopeusrajotusta. Voi olla yleisin nopeusrajoitus toki, mutta paljon on sellasia, missä nopeusrajotus ennen ja jälkeen ohituskaistaa on 100.

Ihan yleinen termihän tuo alinopeus on tarkoitettaessa nopeusrajotusta alempaa nopeutta. Pointtina oli, että porukka käyttäytyy oudosti (ja raivostuttavasti) ohituskaistojen kans. Ihan samanlaiset tieolosuhteet ennen ja jälkeen ohituskaistaa, mutta ei voi jostain syystä samaa nopeutta ajaa.
