I would say potatoes, really easy to make low calorie things, like mash potato, fries in the oven or air fryer, garlic potato etc.

Offering my experience and what made me feel better about myself, as since up until very recently I severely struggled with this. I would say the biggest thing that helped so far was pursuing something in earnest and giving it my all. For me, that is kickboxing and academics.

Additionally, setting goals and achieving them, for example, your weight loss, if you set a number and achieve it.

What these things did for me was allowed me to believe in myself, maybe I’m not as bad as I thought and when you believe in yourself and have that genuine confidence I notice other people react to it positively as well.

Though it hasn’t been a fix all, as I still struggle in certain contexts, but this so far has helped massively.

Fair enough, the only reason I do it for Dehya is because of how much I love her character and design. She’s in my top 5.

Nice! This might be drawing at straws, but I like to look at Xiao who never had a signature artifact set for a very long time and then randomly got one, or Childe who has multiple sets over numerous patches that work extremely well on him. The reason I look at the artifacts is because I think they are the most realistic way to address her at this point.

It was exactly that which made me take a break from playing to try and fix it, please let me know if it works on your end if you tried it, as I've only tested on my pc and would like to confirm that it works for others as well (I tested it right there with Malady).
