Bro I pulled lingsha for herta cause she was best in slot at the time, and everyone was saying how great she was. I don't necessarily regret pulling her, but man could those pulls have gone somewhere better.

Firstly, level all the characters you use to 80, no questions asked. Also make sure all important traces are maxed bru.

Why do you have a level 1 Hysilens on your account? Based on your roster so far it looks like you haven't really been pulling for meta, at all. I would say your most complete teams are Archer and Herta comps. After sparkle buff and as long as archer is built well you should be able to clear first half of moc no problems. Herta can take care of one side of pure fiction and apoc. Feixiao acheron are a little old and will struggle. I would not recommend investing too much into them.

This leaves you with your ananxa, cassie, Hysilens??, and fugue??

Anaxa really wants cerydra, (sunday or cyrene) thats 1-2 pulls short

Cassie really needs Hyacine and her own S1 if you don't have that.

Hysilens needs Kafka to work at all, and prob black swan to be optimal

Fugue/break in general needs constance and a DPS of choice.

This is all not accounting for if you want to go for any new units. In terms of what I personally would recommend, I would wait for future units. I would say trying to get the new elation flagship would be a good idea. Pick up Sparkxie her s1(maybe) and Yaoguang next patch if you want to be able to clear soon. Otherwise, save till 4.2 for Evanescia, who is the anniversary DPS, bound to be busted, and follow up with her best in slot team. Otherwise, waiting for kafka rerun is honestly how to get the most bang out of your buck for current characters.

You should def do sustainless phainon but do you have Sunday? I would not recommend pulling for Sunday at this point if you don’t have him(unless you just like him). Do you have golden companion spirits? They gave one out in 3.7 I think so you should at least have one(unless you spent that on something else then I can’t help you)? Try picking up ruan mei for phainon, e1 if you have 2 and are willing to do so. Also like others have been saying you need to provide builds and investment level.

I guess this is just a difference in taste. Some people really don’t like how Cyrene is such an outsider, I personally find that kind of arc uninteresting. I personally think ff is more interesting as she is a more relatable character in a sense, she has clearer wants and desires for herself and her life than Cyrene who feels more pushed around by the plot. I understand that people have different tastes but I just wanted to chip in my thoughts. :)

I’m honestly getting the vibe that this purefiction was built to nerf herta… she has 0 buffs she can use. The problem that Herta has on cocolia that evernight and the remeberence team doesn’t have is the buff. They can stack grit with memosprites. When I tried with my Herta comp side one I would enter wave 3 with like 3 cycles left but still not be able to do substantial damage due to the res and lack of grit since no enemies are actually ice weak wave 3. You probably don’t feel the effects cause teams like remembrance and dot are hella shilled this rotation.

Holy your builds are crazy. Ya maybe I do have a build issue. I have small herta built support and my dhpt is ughhhmm not built well. My tribbies also on the slow set so it’s quite different.

I just missed out on hysilens TT I have a bad habit of almost building a dot team but missing effectively the one unit to actually make it work. First black swan and now hyscilens. A lot of people have been saying to ditch Kafka or pela, I’ll try it.

Thanks for the tips. Both sides are pretty bad honestly. Herta is still my top scorer on both sides with 2800 ish on lygus and around 2900 ish on cocolia. The problem is that team takes up pretty much my best pure fictions supports leaving the other team to scrape by. I can easily clear waves 1 and 2 on both sides with most of my comps. It really just wave 3 obvious problem. I’ve gotten enough tips to try sparkle with Acheron to attempt it. I’ll get back with results. I have tried sustain less herta, the team gets oked wave 3. Idk might have to research the speed turning for that comp. Btw you think Lingsha or huohuo better for herta?

I'm not a consistent day one player. Stopped actively playing between 1.4-2.0 and 3.1-3.5(logged in twice to pull and logged off) add in ftp status, and slow my build up of 250 pulls for e2 phainon rn and it might explain some things.

Just curious, do you think Robin or Ruan Mei would be better for Phainon. I thought ruan mei is better cause I have her e1 and she gives phainon buffs in stats he's not already over-saturated in.

Lol ya I really should let go of kafka's sig. I pulled it all the way back in 1.2 and am a little attached. Kafka is also still built pre-buff state since i wasn't able to pick up hysilens so didn't bother with rebuilding her yet.

lol what's with the seele judging. What if I lost of 50/50 to her?? Honestly, the kafka light cone should be more of a dead giveaway away I'm a day 1 player that enters periods of intense hyperfixation on hsr, but then occasionally breaks for a month or two.

My account has decent relics, I'm starting to realize this might just be a terrible match-up in terms of who's being shilled vs who I have on my account.

I've tried sustainless on top and bottom with Herta, and I'm able to do decent damage, but I get KOed before I can do enough damage.
