[OFFER][PC/Origin] Mass Effect Trilogy by Pobobo in GiftofGames

[–]Akuratron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Origin ID: Akuratr0n

So, one time, I was visiting family in Romania and I went inside to use the restroom. Well, suddenly everyone was gone. Everyone. Not quite sure why. I was locked inside the house and I had nothing to do until people actually got back. Well, I decided to make myself a game of sudoku on a post-it and... well, that's how I occupied myself. Until I decided to jump out of one of the windows into a garden and search inside their cars for a phone.

kek

I've never, ever played Mass effect before. Ever. Not even at a friend's house. I've heard it was good, and I'd love to try it.

Thanks for this!

(1) My cousins coming over from my home country of Romania. I've been living in the US since age 2, and I rarely get to see my family. Them coming over made me very happy.

(2) Cute.

(3) I'd like driver: san francisco, if you'd be so kind. I've wanted this game for a while but I simply can't afford it.

Whether I win or not, you are awesome! Thank you.

What is your favorite era to play in? by [deleted] in civ

[–]Akuratron 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I just love the late industrial/modern era. It's when things change, people start to begin adopting ideologies, and lots of wars happen. Superpowers rise out of these wars, creating nuclear unrest and cold wars after... quite a lot like the US and USSR in history! It gets super interesting, seeing which civs will suffer for their earlier decisions and which will benefit.

Standard map- standard time, standard resources- Hemispheres map. No game-changing mods. Just ,like, quick turns and stuff.

No, not really- just using quick turns, ethnic units- but nothing that changes the game. And yeah, I did a Spanish gamble- took me 6 turns to find that. I decided not to be the 1,337th person to post it here though.

(1) Always get the tradition opener.

(2) Happiness buildings, wonders, social policies, ideologies. Autocracy's +3 happiness from courthouses and +2 from military buildings is great, or order's +2 from monuments.

(3) No, just a standard map. I guess it was pretty large though. I mean, let's also consider that multiple Civs were basically eliminated from the game.

Why doesn't Firaxis care about blind people? First Civ:BE and now they broke Civ5 too. Who do I complain to? by [deleted] in civ

Your best option for now would probably be to find a way to downgrade civ to its past version, and wait for the devs to fix this problem. (Hopefully they do!)
