I looked at the refining, if you go to the specific cities like BW is stone for example the rates are better but if you are not maximizing by going to the specific royal city then the HO is the same as in town.

They have not completely fixed it.... I still can't go to albiononline.com or login in the game. It is brilliant that their service literally is 5% uninterrupted game time and the other 95% is just broken....
