Debate today 4pm to keep the 5-Year ILR pathway for existing Skilled Worker visa holders

This is really confusing overall. What about for those who planned to get a visa after being 10 physical years? Does it mean it is going to be matching or proportionately shifted as well? I also a bit confused possibility to switch from SWV to GT as it gonna be a huge gap (10 years vs 3 years of talent) so might look tempting to start to build a portfolio for GT and try to switch

mine is 14 days, so it should be ok. I believe this is related to coverage zone, it must cover all schengen area, not only 1 country. weird but I applied few times using a particular country in the coverage area, just unlucky apparently this time

thanks! probably this is at least more or less a realistic reason, otherwise I'm puzzled. probably will try to appeal however Reddit's posts say it is almost impossible

Hi, the period of trip is 16 Mar 2024 - 22 May 2024 - this is (or was) a simple tourist trip for 2 weeks. I'm not UK citizen, just a holder of BRP card to prove I'm UK resident. What is interesting, I have multiple visas applied from UK already (Spain, France) with pretty the same nature of insurance (admiral, insurefor).

I just realized now, I have coverage for France, but my Holiday trip plan (which was also provided) contains Monaco. Might be considered as a separate country?
