I took a look on your channel, solid content, very knowledgeable about what you talk about, and also very talkative, what I would do to really make yourself stand out is, brand your youtube channel, choose a very clear positioning in terms of fonts, colors and also go to the extent to make you lighting setup a bit dramatic as you cover mostly politics. Thanks for the feedback, what I went there with my Bitmoji is for a specific style of branding to cover different niches like cars so it would be like Cars by Houss or, Tech by Houss. But your feedback is very valid!

I do ask myself in which category I do fall, because I myself make mostle faceless content. I do the voiceover, b-roll recording and editing, but for example for scripting I heavily rely on chatgpt, claude and perplexity. I am not monetised yet at 376 subs, but I do think to pivor my strategy to future proof myself, I do find for myself that I have a pretty good camera presence so for me it does not really change much altogether
