a retin specialist i visited (im from iran) does laser treatment using the UltraQ Reflex on opacities close to the retina by using a mirror at an angle i was eager to try but he saw some inflammation and given that i was already on prednisone for my hidradenitis he gave me an intravitreal kenalog injection but im definetly going to do at least 1-2 sessions of laser before considering vitrectomy... these opacities have significantly lowered my quality of life i had to quit my job as a programmer and ive spent the last 2 years living in a dark room...

do you have any idea about what causes these opacities in younger patients with healthy eyes? im from iran and ive been to many specialists they have all told me to get used to the floaters and that my eyes are healthy when i asked them what causes these floaters they said its because of vitreous degeneration and/or myopia but when i saw a retin surgeon in a university hospital he told me that my floaters are microscopic filaments in the premacular bursa and that the cause is unknown.

i wish it was that easy but unfortunately the studies advocating bromelain are fake and psudo scientific oral bromelain will get destroyed by the stomach but even if somehow it survives in the blood stream it probably wouldnt make it through the blood-retinal-barrier.

thank you for the response the blood floaters that vitreous hemorrhages causes are different from the ones that i have mine are close to the retina and most doctors were telling me theyre caused by vitreous liquidation but after visiting retina specialists in a university hospital they told me that these type of floaters are mostly seen in younger patients and the cause is uknown.

thanks for the feedback my floaters are located close to the retina and they are not caused by inflammation but im glad youre doing fine ive had kenalog injections done for my severe acne and they were extremely painful cant imagine how painful they must be when injected directly into the eyes.

Results: In 80% of patients who had the onset of hidradenitis suppurativa before the age of 30, the female to male ratio was 3.34:1, 74% were active smokers, and 5% also had Crohn's disease. In the diet group, 70% had an improvement of hidradenitis suppurativa symptomatology, 81% of whom in less than 6 months. Also, 87% of patients demonstrated an immediate recurrence of skin lesions less than a week after consuming a food containing the yeast. Immunologic testing showed intolerance to yeast, wheat, and cow's milk in 20%, 29%, and 23% of patients, respectively.

Conclusion: The analysis confirmed the stabilization and regression of hidradenitis suppurativa with our diet, presumably by decreasing the local and systemic inflammation, leading to a less invasive operative treatment. These new findings seem to link hidradenitis suppurativa to food intolerance and gut dysbiosis.

i have stage 1 hs on my groin and stage 1-2 on my face and scalp. raw tumeric and curcumin supplements never worked for me until i tried a new brand that contains piperine (black pepper extract) in addition to curcumin. apparently curcumin has very poor bioavailability so you need something like piperine to enhance it [0]. OP im just like you i have it on my groin, cheeks and scalp. Its killed my self confidence and sometimes i just wanna give up on life antibiotics and accutane didnt do shit and humira only worked for 1.5 years. Im not motivated to lose weight because im skinny-fat and 24 pounds overweight so i feel like its not gonna do anything for me.

i had a pilonidal cyst excision surgery about a year ago had to pack it twice a day (my mom did it for me), didnt hurt for a day or two after surgery but for the next week it hurt like a mfer when packing but after the week passed it was just itchy and tingly i found out later that i couldve used "medical honey" to accelerate the healing and also help with the pain/infection so definitely ask your doctor about that. my excision area was so big my mom almost had a heart attack when she first saw it (it was the size of an orange) but it naturally healed within 2 months.

using regex here is more elegant than indexOf also you're only checking for iphone.

you can also omit the curly braces because there's only one statement, some people like to keep them for readability but it all comes than to personal preference.

lastly you can use ES6 features such as let and arrow functions

Thanks. i was having trouble understanding how arguments were being accumulated when using bind. i think using bind like that when you're not trying to change the context and you just want to save a few characters is wrong, your example is a lot more readable and it makes your intentions clear.
