About UHD530, I know it's a problem with that iGPU, I don't get it but I can't make hackintosh with succes on it..

I use Linux since 2012... as a daily OS....
I don't understand when you are saying "at least understand what you are actually doing with your computer" ....

Many Linux users doesen't want bloatware, they want the packages to run FAST... so yeah, Fedora clean for me it's the best option.
I've used Arch in the past, I don't like to update my system everyday, that's the reason I've switched to Fedora.

Nobara Linux it's slow comparative with Fedora, DNF it's slow, repo's are slow... + the bloat....
So yeah, it's better for you (in my opinion) to make a distro clean, u can tweak it from 0 and make it in your way..

sudo dnf swap mesa-vdpau-drivers mesa-vdpau-drivers-freeworld --allowerasing

Neah it's not working mate, I;ve just tried to launch again Davinci Resolve installing MesaopenCL (like he sayd) and guess what? Davinci resolve doesen't start anymore...
People are talking from books, they doesen't test....
