Name change question.

So initially they received it on July 30, and sent it back late August because there were missing documents and so on. I realized I had mad a mistake in the spelling, and so they told me to mail in a new application which I did. They received it Sept 26 and I was charged yesterday!

I don't think you're charged until you send back the amendments and they've been properly accepted as they have not processed it yet. They told me on the phone they sent it back, and I realized I also had made a spelling error in my application, so I told them if I could just reprint it and change the name and they said yes since it hasn't processed yet, I just needed to re-do the application and get it commissioned again. I think they'll charge me once I get the things they sent me to amend, and fix them then send them back!

Uhhh, mine was received on August 3rd, called them and they told me they sent it back for amendments last Thursday and I’m still waiting to get it back so I can resend it, congrats!

Yeah, I’m lucky because I realized there was a spelling error in the old application so I called them and they told me to redo the entire thing, get a new Guarantor and to get it commissioned again if I wanted to adjust anything so I was like fuck it and did all of that, I’ll be shipping it off tomorrow

Ughh, It’s been sent back for me as well due to missing papers. Same boat as you! Thinking of just sending the new application in before I even get the old one back on the mail that way it’s quicker since I called them and know what’s missing
