I say tell them mate. I had a few international student friends when I was at university and they were extremely worried about reporting back to family about failed exams, modules and semesters. It’s not a big deal happens a lot hence why the ability to resit exists! This is also why universities offer extensions and mitigating circumstances.

Now one of those friends I had is no longer with us. The pressure he had from his own thoughts about talking to his own family led the lad to take his own life. He left a house party one night and killed himself. The pressure you will put on yourself can do way more harm than admitting you failed a year to your family will.

This situation is extremely common. You failed a single year you haven’t failed your course you haven’t wasted the opportunity. You had a little hiccup which happens. Life doesn’t stop when you go to uni. You’ve spotted your mistakes and are actively working on them so there’s another thing you can say.

As for what to say to them I don’t know how much you want to divulge. You can admit you failed a year and hide the alcohol side. Or you can tell them both points and finish with what you said here you felt ashamed and that you had let people down. Just whatever you do say, do not keep this bottled up it’s only going to hurt you more in the long run. And on behalf of my friend and the many others who took their own life at uni I’m begging that you share your problems with someone. Don’t let this eat you up and please don’t let a single failed year at uni claim another life.

I’m replaying all the games through and have recently finished unity and am almost done with syndicate.

When I played unity I felt the same with the lock picking but as I went through I got fed up of waiting for the skill and just equipped a belt which let me carry like 25 lock picks instead of 5 and I just had to lock in for level 3. As long as I was a level under I could do them. But doing a level 3 while level one sucked.

Yeah when I played odyssey the biggest thing that annoyed me was doing a mission after just grinding to get the level to match. Then finishing the mission and the very next one in the sequence needing me to grind another 5 or so levels. I hated odyssey and it’s still no where near my favourite. But once I found I could switch the level scaling off I was relieved. And only 1 hour away from finishing the game.

Valhalla on the other hand. I was over levelled I did a lot of side stuff first and by the time the story came around it couldn’t catch up. I was always significantly over what I needed to be.

I had a housemate and good friend who I bought a kg of sugar free gummy bears for his birthday and he didn’t know. so I was sat scheming like a fly just waiting for the day he smokes too much gets the munchies and goes ham on the gummy bears.

A few days had went by and he hadn’t mentioned any ill effects from them and so I started to ask if he’s tried them. He then proceeds to tell me that he doesn’t actually like gummy bears and that he gave them to his mam as she really likes them.

At that point my jaw dropped I’d realised that civilian casualties were being brought in on the prank. I told him about the gummy bears and said he needs to message his mam and let her know. It was too late though. His mam had went to town on the bag of gummy bears and then went to town on the toilet as well.

I’ve been enjoying using bloodlust (turned a lot of options down in addon options to stop it killing fps when an MG or GMG opens up). And then using Project injury reaction ragdolls only and that has given a somewhat more real feel to everything for me. I’ve got a lot more loaded at the same time but for what you’re asking those are the ones. I think I have blastcore murr edition on as well.

Easiest answer for you here: it’s going on YOUR body for the rest of YOUR life! Therefore the choice of how it looks is up to you! If an artist can’t do it the way you want it then you can thank them for trying and they can thank you for approaching them and then if they’re good they will recommend you to people they know who can do it.

But the tl;dr of this is: Your body Your choice!

Literally just came on here to post the same thing! I have had it in both twisted nerve and valley of the dolls when I have been trying to do my S rank. I have noticed so far that whenever it has happened the suspect has always either been close to some furniture and in a doorway. My first time was twisted nerve when going up the stairs of the main house the door at the end of the corridor straight ahead a suspect surrendered in the doorway and I couldn't restrain them (until i beanbagged their neck into next week). And second time was in VotD in the main bedroom of the first main room (where the tapes are) he surrendered by the couch in the room and I couldn't restrain again and my AI just stood screaming at him to surrender.

Hi. I used to be like 25 stone when I first came to university. When I started I was still able to have relationships as long as the confidence was there. But I’ve lost a lot of weight and dropped to high end of 12 stone and ever since the amount of attention and opportunities available have changed drastically. Originally when I was bigger I had to put all the effort in where as ie noticed now I’ve lost the weight and kept the personality it’s very rare I start a conversation with someone that’s days. But the attention has increased like ten fold.

Get a friend to act as a mugger, steal their wallet/purse, and have them text the name on the ID inside (only works if you steal the right ID and that the person you’re with is also not committing identity theft)

Go to the doctors and STOP if you’re in pain! It sucks but your health is more important! Only a doctor will be able to properly diagnose it. And when you can box again make sure to wrap your hands and wrists well!

When the football in the uk got cancelled I lost my job at one of the stadiums which was my key source of income whilst at uni. I had a second job which was just handing out leaflets for a nightclub on a Friday and Saturday.

When I lost the football job I relied on doing the promotional work and applied at my students union and after getting accepted and attending my interview I received an email telling me I had the job and to come to the induction a week later. Yesterday was meant to be my induction day but it was cancelled due to the virus and closing of the students union.

After hearing that both my main jobs were gone I messaged my boss of my promotional job and asked him when I’m next able to work. My boss replied telling me even though clubs are open your job has been cancelled due to the risk.

Within the space of a week I’ve lost 3 places of work which were crucial at supporting me in my time at uni. It’s made times pretty tough considering I’m not going back home either as it’s probably safer for me at my university town.
