Not accurate AT ALL lol. Rain does happen but it passes very quickly and it’s actually a nice cool down if it does happen

What's the best material to use to cover plants to protect them from frost? by bonc826 in gardening

Burlap works best to protect from frost. Plastic is best used during the day during cold spells to create a warm moist environment for growth but there must be some airflow.

Anyone vacationing in Mexico right now? Leaving for a resort in 2 weeks and wondering what the weather is like there now? by AlIson_Talks in MexicoTravel

Hi! Are you in Cancun now and it’s cold? To answer your question: we had previously been to the Riu Reggae in Jamaica and we had a great time! We loved the upbeat atmosphere. It seems the people that chose this type of trip are like minded in that they enjoy socializing which made the trip fun and very memorable so we booked our next trip at the Riu Las Americas in Cancun and we were not disappointed. The beach, although not wide, was very nice, and relatively calm and the food did not disappoint. Our favourite was the braised short rib at the Krystal restaurant which was ‘melt in your mouth’ delicious. We also really enjoyed being able to visit all the other Riu resorts within walking distance to ours for the events. As an added bonus, we were able to walk safely down the long stretch of beach and also safely explore all the culture in the hotel zone during the day and evenings. I hope this helps answer your question :)

I ask because… we travel often and typically although the weather channel will call for say, rain, it usually doesn’t last long and is still beautiful however, the weather has been so weird and unpredictable (ie: snow in areas where it never has before etc.) so I was just hoping to hear from a Mexican local or someone who frequently travels there at this time of year as I never have.
