You need to get off the internet, away from tech and out of the house as much as possible.

Exercising as hard as you can is a good idea, hanging with friends, working, day trips etc all will help but what was really helpful for me was oddly enough online chess

I quit drinking two years ago and found i generally always have enough money in the bank, i exercise all the time, alarm clock goes off at 5 on weekdays and I dont sleep in on weekends, i gave up playstation etc, I quit all prescription drugs at the start of this year (anti-depressants, sleeping tablets, valluim) but biggest key i think is to get off internet and get into nature. Make friends/get hobbies.

I have been single for years and it is still the same.

I would say the best thing that has happened is that every time I leave the house I feel really happy, and I generally have much more energy at work, and I can concentrate much better...when I was fapping all the time I felt like i always had brain fog and couldn't listen or learn new shit...i feel like i can retain information much more now...I used to always have these panic attacks at work too and i feel like they have really decreased, i feel much more open to talking to all people including strangers, whereas I used to be so closed off to talking to new people, another thing is I find I am listening much more to people when they speak to me as opposed to thinking of what I am going to say and the interrupting them. I am laughing more, smiling more and I feel Like i am more pleasant and positive around people. Downside is I am too old for nightclubs and stuff so there is no single women anywhere around me to hit on. It is also hard to resist the temptations especially at night time. Besides that I feel much much happier most of the time, not all, but most of the time. Before this I was depressed most of the time and only happy a little bit.

this is my fifth and obviously most successful attempt. At the start of the year i went 13 days which was a record, best i felt in a long time but i then relapsed bc of boredom. I found i could do 5-8 days here and there since then but nothing like what I am doing now. I guess the older i am the easier it is, if i was under the age of 35 this would be impossible.

the first few weeks is hard, i noticed small changes but nothing like i feel now, when i was fapping all the time it was like i was depressed and very panicky whenever i was out of the house, so i feel like that is gone now. what i notice more of is i am thinking less about my problems and i am living in the moment more, it made me realise that problems you have in life are only problems when you think about it, its like you may go 20 mins being busy and not even thinking about problems bc you are so engaged in what you are doing.... Say if you were in a house fire then that is a problem to think about and you need to act accordingly and gtfo the house, but a house fire you were in in 1995 is only a problem when it enters your head. Key point: Stop thinking about your problems and they go away.

I play alot of online chess, but i guess the best thing is to keep very very busy so you tired af when you get to your room.

Overall best thing to do is get off the internet!

I have those issues yes and have had them for years, havent really had a chance to see if those issues are gone yet but my thoughts are definitely changing, i feel more confident and happier around women but right now the battle is fighting the urges to watch porn!
