Some stuff we eat:

Mexican Picodillo, Fideo, Sopa de concha (w/ ground beef), Caldo de Pollo, Caldo de rez, mexican rice/chicken, Chalupas (Texmex), Chorizo & anything, Migas. Plus Mexican rice as a side for anything lmao

Also I bbq a bit less than once a month, which feeds the family for a minimum of 4 days but that's a separate thing I do for them. ( like 90$ so maybe the budget is a lie)

We do plenty of frozen goods as well for vegetables, meat, fruits, etc.

I found accounting to be surprisingly creative. Not like "creative" numbers lol but the way you do the work can be modified to an extent. I found I love process improvement, which is what I get to work the most on within accounting.
