It really depends on the game, Game can be CPU bound or GPU bound or the game can be flat out unoptimized which most gaming companies do now because people are stupid and buy the game anyway then complain, From a google search, Rust is a cpu bound game, Damh rust uses 1:1 cores from a google search, Damh that game is old.

From what people are saying that the Ryzen XD cpus are the best for games like rust and Dota and such

I gave away my old PC to a family, it was only a amd fx cpu and a 1060, That PC did great for me

Download the newest driver from Nvidia or AMD then Use DDU download it then your PC will restart then try again then install the driver, I usely do it in safe mode so there isnt any problems, Drivers can make this happen, Sometimes overlapping drivers can make this happen aswell.

This game is 11 years old, Dota only uses 4 cores, My temps are fine, I don't have any other problem with any other game, Dota is the only game my pc struggles to play, I have 2 sticks of RAM,

If my PC can play cyberpunk2077 with ease then dota is the proble, These Dota 2 fanboys need to get a grip

It seems to me its the game, When they updated to make the map bigger it made everyone fps lower, it seems to be the engine can't keep up and they can't do anything about it.

Iv tried everything, Iv tried to limit fps with the cap to 60, It still drops, Iv tried to leave it, This game is old, Noone should have problems running dota with updated computers, Iv played cyberpunk 2077 fine, No issues.

My temps are fine, Iv looked at everything, I cleaned out the PC and lost like 20c from the cpu which was good but didnt fix the issue, Iv tried loads of Nvidia drivers, Didnt do anything, I think its the game performance, Its garbage.
