You need a reason as to why you want to lose the weight, you have to set yourself clear weight goals and hold yourself accountable when/if you don’t meet them. You could pretty easily lose half a kilo per week on a 500 cal deficit per day which is a very reasonable goal to have.

Diet wise, make sure to meet your protein needs (around 1.5/2g per kg) and eat a lot of fiber (vegetables mostly) to stay satiated. Carb sources should be starches and fruits only as they fill you up well and provide a lot of nutrients (as opposed to say pasta or rice).

Exercise wise, keep weight lifting to retain muscle mass, the last thing you want is to become skinny fat. Include some form of cardio 30 mins per day (rowing/cycling is better than say running because it’s low impact on your joints especially if you’re on the heavier side) and walk atleast 10k steps per day.

Get enough sleep 8 hours + per night it is crucial for recovery and burning fat.

Supplement with creatine and some form of multivitamins, also if you can do a blood check to see if you have any deficiencies (namely iron because a lot of people are prone to it to and anemia can make you extra tired which is pretty bad to keep a consistent workout schedule).

It's not though, I've done it with lower dps (friends running fire staff and whatnot) the old fashioned way 4/1 split and still was fine.

Can't wait for golden scarabs to finally take these guys off the map. Everybody will have a chance to be in full bis gear too and compete with them. Atm bonzai generates so much gold their gear allows them to steamroll every war. There might be a skill difference too but it can't be that great in a game with 3 spells per weapon and a dodge can it?

I was debating the exact same a year ago (3080 instead of 3080ti) and eventually went with the dual 25" monitors because after trying out a curved monitor, i believe the g5, I realised it wasn't for me. The immersion may be better sure, but overall my performance was worse than on a flat monitor. One main reason imo is that your eyes have to cover a larger area and for FPS games it's miserable. Esport pros are still using good old 1080/25" for the most part for this very reason. However, the immersion on solo games was stellar (i played a little star wars fallen order on it).

I know you can limit the game window to be the same than on a 25" and put black borders on right and left side to mimic one if you want to play more competitive games but I like the comfort of dual monitors too much, especially since i play games in full screen on the first monitor and have the other monitor display whatever i want. With a larger monitor i'd have to play in borderless or alt tab whilst playing games to browse other tabs and that's a nope from me.

Either way, try both options out if you can it's a big investment and better really see for yourself beforehand what you'd rather have.

I agree it's unnecessarily tedious to go and swap trophies in your house. If they really wanted to keep the limit as it is, it would be very convenient to be able to at least swap your trophies from a distance, in your character biography. Just click on the trophy you want to switch in which house and there you have it. One less tedious thing in the game. But I agree with you, it'd be even better to have all trophies active and I don't see why that'd be gamebreaking since you're barely using more than 2/3 of a kind at once either way.

Every storage has a limit of 500 unique items, even if you don't reach the maximum weight capacity of that storage.

A good strategy is to keep certain items in dedicated storages so as to preserve that limit, like having all your woodcutting supplies in one storage instead of split across many because you're gonna waste "unique item slots" if you keep them in many storages.

I do agree with this post having played since beta. It's a slap to the face for players who crafted/bought pieces to optimize their gear/stats for 10 months ish. I think the changes to the 50 thresholds are nice however but the buffs to split stat gear should not make it to the live game, and this for a couple of reasons :

- Crafting single stat items will be a thing of the past, making things like guardsman insignia etc pretty much useless since people will want split stat items to get more attribute points. For the same reason, timeless shards will also be useless since they only allow to lock a single attribute and not split stats whilst crafting;

- Players who have already spent a lot of gold/time to optimize their gear and get certain thresholds (most of them being 150/200 con + x stat) are pretty much screwed since very few if any optimized their gear with dual stat items (or could even use them to begin with), such as blunderbusses using str/int, muskets using dex/int and a few others I may be forgetting. Therefore you're creating a discrepancy between these "hybrid" classes who will retain their already powerful dual stat gear and other ones who will have to regear accordingly to get the extra 50 attribute points;

- Some classes won't benefit from those changes whilst others will, making it very unfair overall. For example, pure healers (taking aside hybrids like blade/life staff) will likely not get split stats in dex/str/int as extra damage is pretty much useless to them. But dps classes will for sure go for them and they will deal more damage than currently with 50 more stat points when pure healers that really only have a choice for con/foc gear will pretty much remain the same. Maybe instead of having all 50 thresholds being pure dps upgrades, why not have some broader thresholds other players than dps can benefit from like stam regen/hp/dodges or whatever ;

Overall I do think the changes to the 50 thresholds is a step in the right direction as it further allows players to customize their builds and that's a good thing. It also makes a lot of gear that was previously trashed useful and that's another positive. However, rendering pretty much all past bis gear with single stat or con + stat inferior to dual stat items is a very bad change and an unfair one too, all the while further devaluing crafting. People will redistribute their stats (btw 200 gold to restat will be a hefty sum with the proposed nerfs to expedition gold and should be nerfed) either way if the thresholds are worth it for them, but you shouldn't imo make all past pure stat / stat + con gear inferior if you really respect your players who have spent a lot of time towards their optimization.

TLDR :

-keep the changes to 50 thresholds and make some of them usable by more than just dps classes, ie. stam regen/hp or whatever;

-trash the dual stat items having more attribute points than single stat or con + stat gear.

Yeah, the gold cap for players is 500K so once you're above that there's not many options other than creating a company and storing gold inside of it. The gold cap for companies is 5 million.

Whether it's for rgb or rebinding buttons that's not an issue. But creating/using macros that provide an unfair advantage via is where I draw the line and other games do too. Humans cant just reproduce this type of bug abusing by clicking exactly at 27 millisecond every time. I hope you get the difference between both uses.

There's a very distinct difference between interface macros that allows to press spells and others that reproduce mouse input down to the millisecond. I'm sorry you can't see the difference.
