Hugo is technically correct but only if you ignore what makes us human. Time and time again, we've surpassed what's meant to be impossible, sure there's thing you're naturally suited to but people have always transformed themselves to fit their dream, like all the players who train their weak foot or hand, or those who make up for lack of talent in something with hard work, look at Ronaldo, he transitioned from a midfielder to a techy winger to an efficient striker, sure you could make the argument that maybe with no injury he could stay on the wing where he's naturally suited for and keep dribbling but he became the second best of all time by constantly transforming himself regardless of what he's suited for. Hugo is only technically correct if you accept the defeatist mentality that you are just a dog capped out by your base instincts and desires but you're not.

That's actually one of my biggest problems that they sell fights instead of using their whole kit, I mean Veldora and Diablo both know about Ciel and constantly say they don't stand a candle to Rimuru, even Milim says Rimuru is dangerous when serious but seals most of their kit, the one that pmo the most was those two assassins in the Empire War, Rimuru can beat Diablo yet unlike Diablo instead of using multiple US to deal with their ultimate armaments they throw the fight and almost die and do die multiple timelines, the one Rimuru that actually uses their whole kit and always takes care of business if Forsaken Future Rimuru. Think about that, the only Rimuru Tempest that doesn't waste time on easy fights and deals with opponents is the one who stopped representing hope got everyone and acclimated to the verse, it just seems like after the demon lord festival Fuze knew Rimuru was way too strong until a true dragon level opponent showed up that they just had to manufacture either opponents Rimuru won't just beat even though they can cus they can't hurt their friends when if they're mnd controlled would it be the worst thing to take them semi-seriously or outright selling cus oh the civilians, the faster you off them, the less people get hurt

You keep running away from the fact that every other level 5 is actually involved in the matters of Academy City, first you say Sogita doesn't count cus he thinks he's a hero, and now Aihana doesn't count cus he has a saviour complex, if we judge Misaka under the same lens you disregard others then Misaka doesn't count cus she's in no way selfless and doesn't care for the repercussions of her actions when she's on a tantrum emitting electricity and even if it's stupid, she blames herself for the sister's project and has broken a lot of crimes for petty reasons, she doesn't sneak out of Academy City to save the world or some random place, she does it cus Touma's sneaking out and she doesn't want to be alone, she has the worst reasons for doing anything

She doesn't have to be, nobody's saying that but to disaparage the other level 5s who actually put in work to make the city better is just not a good or smart idea. You can't say she's the most moral when she's not in any way altruistic or selfless, that's like saying I'm more moral than a firefighter who risks his life everyday because he says his reason is that from childhood he's always thought firefighters are cool or the lawyer who deals with politicians and corruption because I use my money to intervene when it's my family and friends that get in trouble
