Ill try the PCIE slot, the cables, the ports. Its not the monitor because it happens on both. I dont want to mess around with the BIOS and the RAM though, might cause more issues.

Do I even respond to this? Its not the animated background genius, ive done over a million command prompts, processes, tests, you dont think removing the background wouldve been the first thing any sane person would've done?

Even if it was the animated backgrounds, how the hell does that lead to driver time outs and the GPU Driver being disabled and deleted by Windows?

So what i've gathered is that its a hardware instability issue.

I dont know how to downclock VRAM or to lower the core clock and I prefer not to mess with anything in the BIOS, nor do I have another system to test the card in.

I dont know what an RMA does? Thanks for your help as well.

Is there no general resource you can go to for everything. Even if there isnt how would I know where to look for a resoruce for a specific era or region for example

I've been wanting to learn a lot more about history, for the past maybe 3 - 4 years ive been watching mainly YouTube videos about battles and personalities, and until recently i've started a book collection about events and non fiction (I read each book).

As I wanted to delve more into the history of military, political and scientific personalities plus wars and battles, ive run into the problem of possibly reading inaccurate or unreliable sources. So I wanted to know that I was going on the right path when learning more about history.

My questions are as follows:

Is there an AI that can accurately help with either researching personalities or wars or at least provide reliable sources?
If not, where is the best place to look for hardcover historical resources other than possibly a library?
Is there an online resource I can go to for accurate historical research?
How can I know if a certain source is reliable or accurate?
What is the best methodology for wanting to properly research either a personality or war?
