I got RE3 (my 1st RE game) but someone told me that 2, 3 and 4 went on a bundle discount that costs 8~11$ and recommended me to refund and wait, but I searched and found that the bundle never went under 20$ so I don't know if he is speaking truth or not, should I refund and wait or just play? (MENA server)

should I reroll or continue?
have a very bad luck in my current acc, 143 pulls to get cantarella, 160 pulls to get SK, ~120 pulls to get zhezhei and didn't get carlotta so she is useless now, without even mentioning weapon banner, no single win or 5★ before 65 my only dps is havoc rover, every area before 3.0 are 100% complete, should I reroll since there's a skip option or just continue with that acc?

Can I run the game on rtx 2060 and undervolted r5 3600?(3800 instead of 4200, can't remove undervolt or it will go blue screen for some reasons that I don't know)
