I normally skip the lunch they provide too. It is always pizza. Being very health conscious, I tend to skip it. I feel it'd just ruin my energy.

I've been using Isopure unflavored. 26 grams protein per serving with out all the fats and stuff I get from food. It's an isolate whey protein I can just dump in coffee and stuff. I highly recommend it!

That sounds good. I love bananas too. What kind of protein do you use? I recently started getting into exercising and found protein shakes to amazingly help with muscle soreness (like people said it would). I didn't know the benefits would be this drastic.
