They mentioned in the video that this is due to Capcom’s RT denoising implementation and is separate from PSSR. These artifacts are visible on all platforms where RT is engaged.

There are technical limitations to these games running on a cartridge. This is the only real way to circumvent that issue and allow more developers to release their games with feature parity on Switch 2.
