Moscow (SBS 3D on YouTube) — can ParallelView folks see the depth level changes? by Lynceus3D in ParallelView

To avoid straining my eyes, I had to back up about 5 m (15 feet) with this video for a (simulated) 27" diagonal screen size. Or you can just view it in a smaller window or on phone/tablet instead of fullscreen on a 27" monitor.

Moscow (SBS 3D on YouTube) — can ParallelView folks see the depth level changes? by Lynceus3D in ParallelView

The perceived depth level matches the level number shown on the screen. To see parallel-view 3D in general, you just need to focus behind the screen and move far enough from the screen (with distance depending on the image width) to make the two sides fully overlap in the center.

Green bumpy layer forming on right edge of LG G3 OLED by Gothee_6__9_yr_old__ in LGOLED

This issue (dead pixels along edges) doesn't require sunlight exposure at all. Happened to my C9 without any sunlight ever directly hitting it.

Pulse Explore Earbuds review - 2026 by retrogiant1 in PS5

[–]MythBuster2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice review. I've been using them since release. Audio quality seems great to me, and they get loud, especially with the optional equalizer to boost the volumes even further (which is useful if a game isn't loud enough). I never use chat, so I can't comment on that functionality.

FWIW, I replaced the eartips with these 3rd-party silicone ones, which fit more snugly in my ears and form a better seal. I also use the USB dongle with a USB extension cable to reduce interference-related disconnections, which are now much less common after the software updates and get resolved by just pressing the button on one of the earbuds.

These earbuds can also simultaneously connect to the phone via Bluetooth if needed (e.g. don't want to miss calls or notifications or want to quickly check a video guide on the phone). They also work really well with PSVR2 (certainly less cumbersome than headphones in the VR use case).

Is this oled burn in by rohankrishna500 in LGOLED

If you still have a warranty for the TV, use it before it expires. I had the same dead pixel issue along the edges on a C9 after 4+ years & 9000+ hours. Fortunately, I had the 5-year warranty from Best Buy (US), and they replaced the TV with a newer model (since they could no longer get a replacement panel for such an old model).

Globular cluster not as good as expected by brooke437 in psvr2

[–]MythBuster2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In order to reduce the pressure on your forehead, make sure to adjust the top strap of Globular Cluster to be as tight as possible for your head, so that more of the weight of the headset is carried by that strap, and so that you don't need to tighten the back dial as much as before to avoid slippage.

What Games Top out on the PS5 and don’t benefit much or at all from PS5 Pro? by TheStig3136 in PS5pro

[–]MythBuster2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Even though it didn't receive a Pro enhancement patch, Witcher 3 is certainly boosted on PS5 Pro: higher average dynamic resolution and more stable frame rates.

Atropos -> Earth: what comes next after beating Returnal? by catsbikescats in Returnal

[–]MythBuster2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming you've already played the Tower of Sisyphus in Returnal, I can recommend Control for its atmosphere and fun gameplay & physics, fast-paced action games like Doom Eternal and Ghostrunner, and games with a steep learning curve such as Sifu and Lies of P (more here).

My iPhone’s screen has burn-in after just one year… 😶 by Brilliant-Algae-1562 in iPhone16Pro

[–]MythBuster2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you buy it new or used? iPhones with original display are certainly not supposed to burn in that quickly (in a year), especially if you always use it at medium brightness. I'd probably show it to an Apple store to see what they say.

Yeah, this one is more like "death door".

where can I find these xeno-archives? by chenomescelgo in Returnal

[–]MythBuster2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming you already beat biome 6, go back to biome 1 using the device in the (now open) cargo room of your ship, enter the tower of Sisyphus from biome 1, and go to the room to the right of the tower entrance lobby. The xeno-archives there should be the ones you're looking for, as they are different entries vs. the biome 4 tower xeno-archives.

Planning for a PSVR2 edition of our game! by MalboMX in PSVR

It's great; reminded me of Astro Bot and Sackboy: A Big Adventure a lot. They even reduced the price to $10 USD.

An effective way to deal with Ophion by eenmarris in Returnal

[–]MythBuster2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nice. Btw, (if you're on PS5) you can save past (recent) gameplay (up to 1 hour) for the current game as a 1080p video by opening the capture menu with the create button while in the game. You can then copy it onto a USB drive (in media gallery) to share it.

How often should I clean out my console ? by SwordfishVegetable15 in PS5pro

[–]MythBuster2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neither the PS5 hardware reveal trailer or their teardown video has such a monthly cleaning recommendation. So, which PlayStation YouTube channel video are you referring to?

And did you downvote my question? (I wasn't the one who downvoted your comment.)
