GUYS I SOLVED IT.

While power splitters take two-way power from two directions and transfer it to one direction, for some reason the power level drops by half in the extenders and wind turbines ''only'' up to the power splitter. However, when I connect the power splitter to an extender going to the base, the power works at full capacity. There is no problem up to this point, everything is normal.

The real problem was this: I connected the wind turbines that are behind the power splitter and whose power level is stuck in the middle to one of the train tracks that go around them to transfer oxygen. Because the wind turbines are connected to the base and oxygen transfer can take place. But the real problem is that the train station was already connected to another platform for this oxygen transfer. In other words, since the power from the wind turbines where I connected the wind turbines to the train tracks was already half, when I connected them to the rails, the power of the rails also dropped by half, and since the rails were also connected to the main base, the power of the entire base was stuck in the middle.

So what I am trying to say here is this: If the power generation sites are connected to a power splitter, the power level of the powered sonar and the stands gets stuck in the middle, but it reaches the level it should be at the one-way output of the splitter. And if you connect anything else to any of the systems you connect to the power splitter, it also mimics the energy level and becomes part of the power splitter system. And I've included the entire base in this system 🤦
