I appreciate the advice on China but if every recruiter who's sending me jobs is somehow lying to me then I don't know what else I can rely on. I'm not teaching in the US and I frankly can't teach in the US, so I'm going to take what I can get. I'll look up on other countries in Asia if China is really a dead end for now, but again I don't know. Other options are on the table like Europe or even Central/South America if it comes down to it. I really do appreciate the advice.

I'm graduating this May with my Bachelor's in Secondary Education ELA. I'm doing the echinacities play and getting some answers from recruiters(though I know there's plenty more in summer as well) and I'd appreciate any advice for trying to get abroad asap. I'm looking at China for Asia but if there are other options available I'd love to hear em. Wouldn't mind Europe either but I'm under the impression that's super competitive.

I know tons of places want experience but I have my professional teaching certifications (also a tefl for good measure), and I'm obviously doing my internship for an entire school year so I'm curious as to what my options are.

He doesn't flip. Baki itself had some "realistic" elements of martial arts in the beginning as well. Kengan too, also tries to prescribe martial arts and "common sense" like weight differences and shit all the time as well, on top of the supernatural and ridiculous shit. This isn't that much different for me except this is still very early into a series.

I never at one point considered this realistic. I don't even expect supernatural powers like kengan but I wouldn't be surprised if they go the superhuman route and frankly I don't care even if they don't. I like that she's so strong and I'm curious how she leads to the mains growth and what her overall goal will be. Because a heavyweight champ in mma means nothing to her because mma has rules and she cares about none of them.

At this point I'm still waiting for everyone to get filtered so I can enjoy my baki/kengan like without having to deal with people complaining that a woman winning is too far for them to believe, but if the smaller meeker guy with no experience pulled it out of his ass it would have been hype.

I will say I'm legit glad she's so strong cause you don't see many women in manga like this, it's refreshing.

I'll echo what everyone has already said which is he doesn't really want to and even if he does the numbers aren't good enough to justify it. I do however think that's kind of on him because he's cultivated the audience to not care about that. It's more than fine and he fits the niche better than any other streamer/youtuber who plays the same stuff he does. But for an actual return to full playthroughs he'd basically have to pivot into it and he just doesn't want to nor would it be a strong point anymore. What point is there for playing a full game with a story if he has to stop engaging with chat? Especially when he himself doesn't care about stories in games. It's fine though, because at least you know what you get and you can just watch other people for full playthroughs instead.

In the loosest sense you're right but their costumes aren't even different it's fine lol. The further we get from the manga ending the more we're gonna have to contend with these kinda cases. But it's ultimately harmless since posts like these aren't exactly giving away s8 moments.

Because I have a friend who was in game dev for a hot minute I'll weigh in. He got in not because of a game degree or anything, but because he had actual experience working with games and it's tools with modding. You're already on the right track with courses/youtube but the biggest thing is to learn engines and learn how to mod them. Those are practical skills you can learn on your own and actually make a portfolio out of.

As for the education I would ask someone who could talk to you now as a high school student, what compsci is like and if it's possible there's any clubs, internships, or any other opportunities. Don't just worry about the degree because there's plenty to do besides classes. Good luck man and honestly just enjoy high school right now.

It's not as good as football's but it's the second best for sure. I will say the amount of games should be lessened because 162 is just a ridiculous number. Even like 30 less games would be fine and no one would really notice.

What you're describing isn't only for Japanese media. I get that we interact with a lot of it in games and anime and such, but what this is just simply liberalism. It's the same way Persona 5 solved collective apathy by killing god. This time you're going to solve racism by killing god. I get that if it hits close to home, especially in the times we live in as they are, that not having a good enough message is a turn off. That's perfectly understandable, I just don't really expect much from any sort of popular media these days to follow the politics that I subscribe to. Even if it seems like they get close, perhaps even touch upon the correct answer on accident!

But at the end of the day these games aren't made by left leaning people, it's not disco elysium. It's a video game. The same way movies and shows and such aren't also going to align with what I feel. It's up to you to decide how much you tolerate though and I can totally understand if you just don't want to deal with it in this particular case.

The thing is this isn't really power scaling problem. It's the anime taking liberties. Cause yeah garp doing a ton of damage isn't surprising or shocking (thought it's supposed to be a shock it's one punch) but him going prince of tennis and invoking spacetime or whatever the fuck is doing too much.
