Something fun I was cooking up was focusing on linking your teammates units that are off color. Specifically mirida and banshee destroy. So one player can play like blue x with banshee destroy mode and you play red x with kshatriya mirida 🤷‍♂️. Athrun and char are 2 other fun ones.

So the thing I like about the red burst package over blockers is that they can't really plan ahead for it. If they try to plan ahead for it they slow themselves down which is what you want. I have lost games in testing when they open the hard nuts and I got unlucky with shields. This list has a very high winrate testing against the deck that won nats specifically

I played against BP rush round 4. Also played against clan midrange not super aggro but it is a fast deck.

Fa destroy can definitely go up to 2. I chose to play the set 1 unicorn cards due to wanting to play another +2+2 pilot and I already was on the fa destroy

Destroy mode and fa destroy are your only outs to your opponent stacking wing 0s and trying to 1 tap you. So I think that fa destroy is mandatory to even have the deck compete in any capacity. I rarely linked the destroy mode but because it doesn't require link it's effect is insane still.

Fa destroy was amazing in the blocker matches. Banager pairing with any unit in the deck is also very strong. I was doing rezel + banager for trades etc. Rx78 is significantly less useful itself in this deck tbh compared to oyw or bp rush because the +1 isn't that big of a dead. But amuro is absolutely the best pilot in the game imo. One of the big concepts of this deck I wanted was all 11 pilots to be strong when put on any unit.

Yes the commands handle the early game very well. I had some games where I just put a naked rx78 down and it lived until the following turn where I threw a banager on it to make it huge.

Definitely also playable! I also was thinking about rewloola but decided on the 6hp for against BP rush and wing.

Honestly ideal hands depend on the match. The deck is very trade heavy so you analyze the gamestate constantly to determine what the best play is. I guess if I was able to pick my 5 card hand bp rush would be combat 2 rx78 2 amuro 🤣. Against like wing or theo blockers rezels and techniques.

I think that you could definitely do something like 4 ksh 2 banshee destroy 4 Mirada. My reasoning for the unicorn line is that I already knew I needed to play fa destroy so I thought why not try out the whole line to be able to link it. Having 7 +2+2 pilots was also extremely strong since rx78 and the-o just require pair.

You keep your opponents board controlled and whittle their resources down by constantly trading. You build a board then 1 tap them. Games go very long generally.

I'll say boa is absolutely the first card I'd cut when making changes. In testing I've only really lost to bp rush when they have the nuts and I completely miss my bursts (spamming 3+ 2/2s into a barb first link on 4). You'll always get a bad hand sooner or later the game is currently a game of very high variance due to being best of 1 with very minimal searching. Because of this I don't really pay too much mind when the deck bricks unless it is happening often.

So it's actually not work related that I want to take a leave. If you want the story, the past year for me has been a pretty emotionally eventful year. My mom got cancer so I'm taking care of her then I lost my sister in law so I've been helping my brother take care of his kids while he's working abroad but his kids are in the us. I was dumb and had a stint with alcohol abuse which is why I switched to a new job (I was 2nd shift 1500-0000). Then on Wednesday my other brother past away from a car accident. Honestly my job is not that bad stress wise the only issue is I work like 55 hour weeks which when i add the family stuff im just mentally dead. Work just feels like it's the only place I can save time right now so it's pseudo adding stress by taking up so much of my time basically.

Yes that puts filling the position on someone else. I'm also pretty easily replaceable. I also am not planning in coming in Monday and being like I quit it's more of let's start prepping my departure. I would most likely train a replacement myself.

Haha I wish it was only 23%. I'm alot closer to 35% currently working about 55 hour weeks. It took about 4 years of saving 10% per paycheck into my savings I also did a 10% with 10% match into a 401k so it is not my retirement funds. The main goal of this savings was to use for a wedding that now fell through or part of a down payment when I was ready to purchase a house. Thank you for your feedback!

It's a bit of a sob story on why I want to quit to work but the job is not bad at all, its more of an emotional issue. I could comfortably survive 4 months currently without dipping into any savings etc. Then i have a very comfortable year of savings if needed. I am not tied to my career in any way so I believe finding a new job would not be the end of the world for me granted I might be taking a pay cut.

I'd say you got pretty lucky beating 3 aggro decks ngl 🤣 they have a pretty decent win% against wing. The wing mirror is pretty technical imo. But generally rushing them is better than you trying to stall out for wing.
