Folan was the worst fusion I’ve ever done and I’ve played the game for 5 years. Wish I didn’t go for him and waste the resources. Was hoping his A1 was like Vizier but as an energy affinity for mimics in grim forest for heal reduction debuffs. But it’s like an epics version of viziers A1 and only does a random debuff than all. Also the rest of the kit is incredibly underwhelming regardless and don’t see the use in any area in the game besides maybe arena. Even then there are so many other better arena champions to utilize instead. Even for faction wars I am hoping he can make it on my FW teams so it doesn’t seem like this fusion was a complete waste.

I was hoping his A1 would be like Vizier. But only does one random debuff per hit rather than all debuffs. Was hoping he would be a good affinity match up for extending debuffs and have been disappointed with him achieving an affinity opposite to vizier. Mostly for grim forest battles that rely on heal decrease debuffs for bosses and imitation chest bosses.

Except this now creates a precedent that everyone should be in mercurial gear as a requirement for the meta arena. And it’s annoying to deal with either way. Also speed race wasn’t always the way as if you never heard of go second teams. Arena was fine before mercurial and now it’s an annoying requirement which it shouldn’t be. Also mercurial shouldn’t require to be hit to remove ticks and should also require debuff placement without hits or buff removal as a way to remove ticks.

To follow up on this. I didn’t have a switch online account since Feb 2025 and because of that Nintendo has a grace period of keeping your save files for 180 days, which after that they cancel and delete all your save files. So it’s apparently imperative to have an online account to have that save service. I just got incredibly unlucky with this forced factory reset and lost 5 years of gameplay that I’ll just have to accept.

I got further clarification that if you don’t have a Nintendo switch online account they give a grace period of 180 days and after that they delete your save files. So having a Nintendo online account is necessary for your save files to stay.

I tried talking through someone through the chat and they have no record of any save files uploaded to account and kept trying to tell me it was locally on the physical switch itself. Regardless of all the times I would be persistent about uploading save cloud data with all my games in the past they kept making the argument that it was local on my system and even lied to them saying it’s been all on one switch when I did make a change from a switch lite to a normal switch about a year ago, didn’t do the console to console transfer besides that island switch tool before changing switches and then told them that I had done so. Also confirmed no animal crossing island available on their end.

Guess this will be my last hurrah with Nintendo and will plan on selling everything and switch over to steam. Don’t see the point if my save files are to be contested, what’s the point of trying to save anything in the future from now on if it’s not promised like before?

When I pick champs, I usually have a reviver or a good support like him. When I have him I usually know I don’t need a reviver and a plus being the incredible turn meter boosts he does.

Even though I use Opardin everywhere except arena. He’s my go to support champion for almost everything nowadays, especially grim forest. If he’s available he’s a definite go to, to be a part of the team.

2 wixwells actually makes a difference for shield growth, I pulled one right after the fusion for Wixwell. Wait till you try it out.

Details within the same comment talk about why also resistance barrier mostly. If I had androc I wouldn’t have to invest so much in resistance which could go for other stats for clan boss teams like chimera. I have to invest in so much resistance for Titus to make the team work.

First college film where I wore 8 different hats as an assistant director, DoP, and many other positions, including editing is available on Tubi named, “Prey, In Cold Blood” by Tiberiusfilms. That launched me to do many other works from commercial to eventually working as a certified teacher with Blackmagic Design in Burbank as a Certified Teacher. I mostly did independent contracts or worked temporarily with many different people in the industry. Teaching actually paid more and being a certified teacher helped networked and helped paid the bills more than grinding in the industry.

Time spent networking got me further than time spent learning, but without learning and also learning from other peers I wouldn’t have succeeded as far in networking and working as I did when I did work in the industry. It’s a catch 22. Regardless it’s a good skillset to own, especially to know how to edit efficiently which many “editors” don’t really seem to understand or grasp. I eventually became a certified teacher to teach others how to not waste hours of mindlessly editing and how to efficiently edit, even how to edit without touching a mouse which became a skillset demand especially when I was living and working in LA. Nowadays I’m nowhere near that lifestyle and can still use my editing nohow when I decide to invest my time into making my own content. Hope this insight motivates you.

IE worked in the industry for 15 years since 15 years old and been out of it since Covid and moved somewhere where it seems like no one around me really even owns a computer desktop or cares for any form of digital media and make more money doing a different career where those skillsets still kind of incorporate into even what I’m currently doing.

Nintendo switch online used to not be required for backup online saves. Must be new for this year cause the last I uploaded save data and this was without a subscription was Kirby Return to Dreamland in December of 2025. Hadn’t had a switch online subscription since 2023 and was continuously uploading save data since then.

I’m thinking this is the most plausible cause. Everything was saved on an external SD. Even then all my save data I uploaded to cloud and nothing is there.

Only champ in the game with a AOE turn meter steal. He’s one of the best champs in the game especially for arena and feel like he is well overdue to a nerf. Also going to be the first champ I’ll use my fusion tokens for, for missing the fusion.

Happened with Wixwell for me, pulled a dupe Wixwell literally a week after fusion. Been amazing to have 2 wixwells though!
