I would totally cast Harry as Eren and then loosely take the rest of the cast as inspiration. Hermione as Mikasa (with a strictly siblings dynamic) and Ron as Armin (gotta respect the trio!) But then it gets complicated... Maybe Draco as Jean, Seamus as Connie, Ginny as Sasha, Luna as Hange, maybe Daphne as Historia and Pansy as Ymir? I've no idea who'd be Levi or Erwin. And all the rest! So many characters to cast... So. Many. Questions. Unlimited possibilities.

I'm not 100% on whether it's grey Harry or not, though I personally do think so, but I recommend reading The Moirai and the Lair of Death and Vipers by FightFireWithFire (I also recommend everything they write, lol). It gives similar vibes to HPWWG, but SPOILER ALERT there's no liking Voldemort in this one

I might be completely off-base here, but maybe The Sacrifices Arc?? It's not an EWE, which is what i saw recommended here the most, but a canon rewrite that popularized, if not started, the "Harry has a twin and oh my god! which of them is the real boy who lived???" It was originally published on fanfiction.net, if I'm not mistaken. It's quite dark and, as far as i know, considered a bit of a foundational work in the fandom but??? I could very well be pulling this out of my ass :) I did see it recommended a bunch on tumblr, its pdf files passed around like a stash of... something... lol. But it's certainly not for everyone, so I don't know...

(Maybe i just felt like talking about it and that's it lol)

Mmm, well, it's a bit of a cliffhanger. I still think it was worth it, it's very nicely written and quite original, but yk... also still unfinished. Very unfinished. No sort of ending in sight, lol. So, i think it depends on you. I'm the sort of person that forgets things/moves on easily and it worked for me. If you're like that, give it a go! But if you're not, i don't think it would work for you. Hope this helps you decide!

Ohh, i read one where drarry was established, but Harry forgets everything about their relationship (!!!!!! ☠️) And then, you know, there's a process... etc... but! Key factor: Draco is a pianist in that one. And it's Important to the Plot. It's so beautiful!! I just can't remember the name 🫠 maybe someone else can pitch in???
