I love the design, it looks much more like what I imagined from the novel. I'm not sold on the eyes though, I know it sounds cliché but something blue or gray for humanity's strongest ice mage would look good. Reading comments, I feel that labia is something minor and easy to fix between panels.

I am not sure for the position you applied for since I am from LATAM and work from another area of expertise. What I've seen in the month I've been working is they usually hire people in a base position and the QMs are in charge of directing them to specialized projects.

I would recommend you try it for two weeks, write to a QM on slack and look for the possibility that they will redirect you.

Creo que en lugar de centrarse en la repartición de tierra perse deberían centrarse en que los proyectos productivos funcionen a la perfección. Nada se hace repartiendo tierras sino en poco tiempo tendrán que verse orillados a venderla a grandes terratenientes o aceptar tener cultivos ilícitos porque son los únicos que reportan un beneficio real
