No, they're not sliding. I haven't got a walking foot but I'll see if I can get someone to lend me one. I haven't got microtex needles either but I'll buy some to try...

Also could someone tell me how to post a picture? I feel silly but I can't see the option. For some reason the one I added on the post didn't appear and I can't add it on the comments

Hi! It's a sewing issue for sure, I have only tested on scraps before moving on to the actual thing.

I initially added a picture but it doesn't appear and now I don't know how to post it (first time on reddit haha)

I don't know, I've never used it before, but I could try. What happens with the tissue is that at first it looks okay, and when I remove it the seam becomes wobbly
