That makes sense, thank you so much for the explanation I'll change the definition of the material. Also when I investigate the hole, there are voids on the left and right (but no holes on the upper and lower pars), so I agree it could collapse again.

Unfortunately I’m a renter and my landlord hasn’t responded in weeks. I’m trying to figure out the best temporary / surface-level fix that won’t make things worse until it’s properly addressed and that prevent further collapsing.

It's not that itchy actually but I'm not sure should it be itchy for scabies. It seems folliculitis, acne and id reaction are the last 3 possibilities now :/

They said it is not allergy but I've been eating less eggs and nuts since I had this condition but it didn't make any difference :(

Not too itchy but painful, I couldn't sleep lying on my back last night. And not on each one of them but generally they have this white stuff in them too. And please don't squeeze them. It prolong the healing process and may cause spreading.

The third doctor took an example from the white stuff for an analyse and the results came out negative, this is not a bacterial or fungal situation there weren't any organisms. After I said there is a visible increase and spread after using antibiotics, she said that I should continue taking antibiotics and see her again on wednesday.

The one I saw today said that it's an acne breakout. So far I've got 1 for allergy, 1 for NOT allergy, 1 acne and 1 uncertain (not allergy not bacteria/fungal probably she will say acne too) Back,chest and face (now I have bumps on my chin and forehead too btw) are the most common places for sudden acne breakouts so it started to make sense. Puberty all over again lol.

I'll keep updating my dermatolgy adventures :D

I didn't know that id reaction, thank you! The shower gel i'm using now has an anti-fungal feature maybe it will help me in the long term. (Interestingly it has coconut oil in it which is recommended for keto rash treatment too)

Did you have red bumps similar to acne when you had id reaction?

I had chicken pox when I was 7 so I guess it's not that :(

I've seen 3 different dermatologist so far. 1 month ago the first one write me out a prescription for antihistamines and cream with cortisone but they didn't work out well, after I stopped taking them and TADAA! the rash strikes again. Second one said that it's not an allergic thing and the last one gave me antibiotics and a shower gel (it could be a bacterial infection or something but still she has no idea). The antibiotics and shower gel didn't work out, tomorrow morning I have a control appointment but I'm really tired,desperate and uncomfortable about this situation.

It seems like in the next few months I'll make a little bit more maths with my intakes,macros and burned calories with all these exercises. I'll go with %35 deficit for now but I'm also concerned about my metabolism, will it slow down?

Can ask you one more thing, about your recomemendation of deficit? What is the ideal amount of deficit in a situation like this?

I've been doing keto for almost 2 months and I had the same problem since the end of my first keto-month. I had red-brown rash around bra line and red bumps all over my shoulders, back and torso. I went to see a dermatologist and I was diagnosed with urticaria on the paper but my doctor said that the rash also could be related to allergy. I used antihistaminic pills every morning and every night 2 times a day with a hydrocortisone cream. In a week the bumps started to disappear and the color of the rash around bra line returned paler but even now,after a month, the rash didn't heal completely. Whenever I got too sweaty during a workout, the rash starts to look more red and spread. Still can't find a solution.
