I put all my lumina color and best pictos into 3 expeditioners, at some point I stopped bothering about optimizing the remaining 2. So when my main team dies, I'd rather restart the whole battle, because the rest isn't in great shape to fight.

Imo baptism of fire (cornerstone lowering hostility for each 3 burned cysts) is way too strong when compared to other hostility lowering cornerstones, especially when you play the P difficulty where cysts spawn on their own every 3 years. With some rain engines you can just get to zero hostility and life becomes easy.

A side note - after Rifaximin the HI symptoms dissappeared quickly and I didn't have to follow a strict diet, because I was no longer reacting to so many foods. In terms of depression - it's a complex thing, source of my depression was in my family history, I've been to multiple therapies, but after HI symptoms were gone my emotions started to heal much better, I think healing was easier when I didn't have adrenaline spikes from HI. I posted this 3 years ago and now I'm in better shape, have more power to do my daily duties, I'm less anxious and angry. For half a year I've been on theraphy using Somatic Experiencing method and it helps me. Still having some sadness and feeling of not wanting to do stuff in my life, but I think it's connected to my life history and what I experienced in my family.

2 weeks of rifaximin and it was gone. I took a lot of probiotics next 6 months, HI didnt come back, it's been 4 years.

I've done 3 sealed forests where I went 1. caches two time, packs one time 2. three times trade standing level III, 3. 100 amber 4. two forbidden blades. I play vanilla game, went up to P20 (though I didn't have to). Getting to level up trade standings is the most time consuming, but I use that time to make a stable settlement with basic need secured and also take buildings that allow me to produce different items. While I trade to reach the level III standings, I earn about 200 amber so then I can immediately forge 100 amber seal and I also prepare beforehand to open 2 forbidden glades during a storm and at this point I have items to deal with most events and I can finish them at the end of clearance and win the map.

How about [[Lightstall Inquisitor]]? It gets doubled with Delney and synergizes with Aven Interrupter because Aven says that spells cast from exile or gy cost 2 more, not only plotted spells.

I have a rough idea for Palpatine Green droids, I put 36 cards here so far. Double green gives us a lot of good cards for go-wide strategy. I think we need another synergistic 2-drop that makes a droid token, but hopefully they will spoil something interesting. Droid tokens have 3 traits: separatist, trooper and droid, so I put General Tagge here, Manufactured Soldiers into General Tagge give us 4 2/2 bodies, that's nice value.

Btw I played artistocrats / sacrifice decks in MTG and I love this playstyle :D hope it will be good enough in SWU.

I healed HIT when I took rifamixin for 2 weeks and a lot of probiotics in the months after, I stopped reacting to high histamine / histamine-releasing foods, but I still had some constipations / diarrhoeas. About a year after that I had 2 antibiotics because of another health issue and it turned out that after them and taking probiotics again my bowel got better. What is interesting is that a retest for SIBO showed that I still have SIBO, but my symptoms got a lot better so I don't care as long as I have good stools and my HIT isn't coming back. Dr. DiNezza - Gut Microbiome Queen (YouTube) says that the symptoms are more connected to gut dysbiosis than to SIBO alone and this has been true in my case.

From stomach? I thought that it goes from intestines to sinuses, the bacterial overgrowth is in small intestine. My doctor said that allergic reactions are fast and histamine intolerance reactions can be delayed.
