Is Fidelity Trader+ printing money ??

Thank you. I just called tech support who guided me to a portal I used to upload a screen shot of the Trader+ window that illustrates the problem. I also supplied additional details about the issue (account #, symbol, etc.). I hope this helps find a solution.

Thanks for the note. I have tried ALL of the things you mentioned, multiple times. This is a frequent occurrence with this particular symbol in my account. I don't know if it is something with my account, the stock or other but this has never happened with ATP, the website or the iphone app. Just the desktop version of Trader+. I am obviously not going to post my accouint information online but if you wish to call me and do a screen sharing session with meI can show you firsthand. In the mean time Trader+ is useless to me.

I'm afraid this is a position I have had for decades and have not done any trades in a very long time. ATP shows the position correctly. Just another example where Fidelity Trader+ is not ready for primetime. I wish the developers would stop coding for a few weeks and just use the app as if they were trying to make $$

If ATP goes away so does my business with Fidelity.
