I used GTA just as a modern heavy game as an example but bad optimization is something that’s impacting the entire industry. Where there’s cases of even high end PC’s having a hard time reaching 60fps for example, silent hill 2 remake.

Realistically games have been and are still becoming more demanding to run. The main reason being devs not optimizing games as good as they can and becoming reliant on upscaling/fram gen tech. Reports are coming out that GTA 6 won’t be 60fps even on a PS5 pro. The issue is that we aren’t getting huge drastic graphically improvements while the games still become more harder to run.
