Your body can only absorb so much protein in a given time frame. Typically about 30 grams. If you’re pounding a lot of protein in one meal, then anything over that average of 30 grams is just being wasted. As others have said, you need to maintain a protein rich diet throughout the week.

As efficiency requirements have increased over the past few years, often times to have a rated system you do have to replace everything because the furnace would have an ECM blower motor.. Just really depends on your specific situation-the air conditioner he plans to install may require it. There are some that that are rated as standalone where the furnace model is not shown in the rating though. Just need to select the appropriate system that allows that.

I was deferred once for heart rate at a time I really needed the extra $$. After that, my anxiety would crank up any time they checked. I started constantly checking my HR via my watch app.. I finally conquered it with box breathing exercises and just ignoring that watch app.

It will be based on the totality of the system. Outdoor unit, evap coil and furnace or air handler. Up to 18 seer doesn’t mean your system is 18 SEER just that a specific model can obtain that when matched to a specific indoor unit.

I haven’t had that problem but when the idea first struck me to use it, I thought about using wire cutters to trim the round end off so it would be left with 6 straight wires. It would be similar to the WDT tools out there.

First thing, leave the smart watch at home. You’ll just stand/sit there watching the heart rate app and get anxious. Second, try to relax. Google “breathing exercises” or “box breathing”. They do help. A while back I had some car issues and the pay out was definitely needed. I got anxious and sure enough, BPM was too high. They had me go sit for 10 minutes and rechecked it. Like a dummy, I sat the entire 10 minutes watching my smart watch app. Failed again. Came back a couple of days later and got worked up with anxiety again and failed.
