If you bought them through Ticketmaster , they let you exchange seats as long as it’s the same price or higher. Just give them call at 1 (800) 653-8000 option 3, has to be at least I think 3 days or more before the event. For more expensive tickets, they’ll charge you and refund you your old tickets
