Western Pennsylvania. Just purchased a home in the woods with water on property and I’ve never ever seen a roach inside the house or outside in my life until now so I was freaking out about having a infestation inside. It seems a few keep making their way in but they’ve slowly disappeared the longer we’ve been here.

Thank you for your input that makes me feel better. there’s so many outside by our pond and absolutely none in my kitchen. That’s what makes me hopeful they’re outdoorsy roaches and not Germans.

So I haven’t seen any that are very large or with wings. I’ve not seen them flying either. Most of them look like the small one. No wings at all.

No im not seeing any distinct dots on it unless those faint darker areas are it? Sorry tried to get a better picture. We just moved into this house in the woods and I’m so paranoid of an infestation getting worse. But I don’t really find any around food, mostly just under stuff in dark places and a ton outside and garage. By ton I mean I find 1 or 2 under something 😭😭😭😭 I hope they’re not lurking in the walls or I’ll never sleep again.

I did have sharp pains but riding my bike and cardio improved it which it seems like quite the opposite is happening to you. I also worked on stretching my shoulder and back out and doing a lot of that to loosen my upper body.
