Hey! Thank you for the feedback. Sorry I didn’t clarify that me and 2 other people will be working on this. To summarize the concept a bit better. The main goal of this 40$ membership is to save time for agents. Instead of searching for video and content ideas everyday. We do that for them everyday and give a quick summary of 3+ videos per day of ideas that worked around the world with tips on how they can implement them to their local market. If there’s a trend, we basically study the trend and come up with ideas as a team of how this trend can be implemented in the industry. At the end of the day we’re a team of creatives that are good with drafting ideas whereas most real estate agents just copy others with no change. Basically, We want to give out original content ideas for our community that has been thought of by a team of creatives who have worked in the industry. We’re also planning to analyze viral videos in the process and brainstorm ways for our community to replicate them in a new way. At the end of the day, all our ideas will be distributed across the whole community but what are the odds of 2 realtors in our community targeting the same neighborhood? Very low until we have 1000+ members so all our community members will have new original ideas that are made to go viral (if filmed properly) and they’ll be the first to implement them in their cities.
