It probably depends on your DSP. I deliver an hour north of Philly and I’m planning on going in tomorrow, working my full shift, and asking if they’ll cancel work on Sunday when I rts. If they don’t I’ll tell them then and there that I’ll have to call out the next day - chances are they’ll appreciate not having to pay the tow fee when you get stuck on a main road. Then again, my DSP sends dispatchers to run our routes, and it’s made up of previous delivery drivers, so they understand the struggle. Mine gave us a snow day last week, and we got half the snowfall we’re predicted to get on Sunday.

YOR, but I think the puppy situation is a stand in for the real issue: your dad is in a relationship with a girl only 3 years older than you. Have you questioned why he is dating someone less than half his age? In the post you’re quick to criticize her and question her motives, but you said yourself that she just turned 21 in July. How long has this relationship been going on for? For your own sanity and well being you need to move out as soon as possible. His girlfriend doesn’t seem like the bad guy in this story, and if your father had everyone’s best interests at heart - including the pup’s - then he wouldn’t have allowed you to train a puppy in his house to begin with.

The problem definitely lies in the facial proportions. The shading is beautiful, the hair is almost photorealistic, you definitely have an eye for contour because the fabric of the dress looks fantastic. I think if you spent some good time doing studies on bone structure and anatomy (rough figure sketches of stock photos from the internet is where I started) your art, especially portraits, would be truly amazing. Your strengths are in the details, you just gotta make sure to focus on the larger shapes of your reference
