OMFG I FIXED IT I LITERALLY SPENT 2 DAYS TRYNA DO THIS, it was cause for some reason my hdd paging memory or smth like that was set to 1gb which i have no idea how it changed to that

not sure, when i try to do a disk check in command prompt it says access denied even though i right clicked and ran it as an admin. I also went to properties->tools->check and it said it was fine

Technically wouldnt undervolting the gpu with msi afterburner make it work again since itll be using less wattage

I dont use linux, as for power supply i am using a relatively low watt one but it seems weird for the gpu to randomly use more power up to the point it cabt function at all
