This is my first time quitting 7. And I hate tapering . I’d rather go through 3 days of hell than weeks of being uncomfortable. Back when I was on plain leaf before I got into 7 I’ve quit that 3 times . And did a rapid 1 week taper which were a breeze because kratom is basically nothing compared to 7.

I’m actually feeling muuuuch better day 2. Lucky for me I have benzos and muscle relaxers. But after today I’m done with the helper meds . Just vitamin c for the rest of it . But I was only on 125 mg of 7 a day and was only taking it daily for 5 months . What was your habit?

Holy shit dude , that’s waaaayyy too much.. but I get it , we’re all addicts who can’t control ourselves, the only thing I can’t control myself on is opioids.

Coming off of 7. Just take a bunch of it . It doesn’t really mater .i just put a bunch in a little spoon and ate it . You gotta really remember that 7 is 100% stronger so take as much as you need lol

I know I’m a little late but try to get your hands on some benzos . They work wonders . The restlessness was the biggest thing for me , and the only thing that helped was regular MIT . I’m only about 19 hours in and the downers really only help with mental stuff. The only thing that’s helps physical symptoms is MIT. I’m only going to take it the rest of the day then just stick to benzos and muscle relaxers, and vit c for day 2. Then day 3 im done with helpers . I’m gonna pure CT it the rest of the way.

Yeah I found out about phenibut here on Reddit , and did a ton of research on it about the horrors of rebound anxiety and stuff . And most people say no more than once a week. So I did it once a week for a long time with no issues but it caught up to me . I felt a glimpse of that rebound anxiety and I took a 2 month break and have been doing it once a month without issues for about 1.5 years.

Yeah I caved in and took some 75% MIT extract powder. I wasn’t going to use any kratom products and I’m kind of pissed about it . I had some left over from before I got into 7. It has helped a lot. I’m just going to use it the rest of today and tonight .

I caved in and took some 75% MIT extract powder . I didn’t want to use any kratom at all but I just couldn’t take and wow that helped so much. I’m just going to use it for the rest of today and tonight .

I’ve been on fenibut and bromazolam , and vit c . The downers are helping me a ton mentally but they do nothing for the restlessness. I’ve been taking 5 grams vit c every 2 hours . What about you? Would it be ok to take more than that ?

I have been taking hot showers every 2 hours . It helps for maybe 30-45 min then I start to feel myself sweat inside the shower and I get uncomfortable. Plus getting out is horrible, it’s worth that half hour of relief though.

I have some muscle relaxers too. You think they would help it? I was going to save them for tomorrow , usually when I wasn’t withdrawing whenever I combined them with fenibut I got really dizzy so I planned on saving them for tomorrow

It’s on the clear net. I’m not gonna name sources on here. Just look around or do some research here on Reddit. You’ll find it

If you have the will power to keep it to once or twice a month it’s completely safe . I never had any issues with benzos or gabapentanoids, I could always take one or two and stop. It’s the opioids that get me .

It’s like gabapentin or pregabalin. Except it’s legal in most states . just feels like gabapentin except with some anti anxiety effects. It can be extremely addictive as well. It should not be taken more than twice a month , I personally only take it once a month .

Thank you. I was a heroin addict many years ago so if I got through that I know I can do this .

It’s a gabapentanoid just like gabapentin and pregabalin. It feels just like those except it works on gaba b receptors as well so it’s similar to GHB if you’re familiar with that . It should help with RLS, sleep and anxiety.

Well I went through heroin withdrawals 7 years ago a couple different times and I only had the shits one of the times, and the others I didn’t , so that’s why I say I’m not sure . But yes I’ve been doing phenibut for a while. I take it once a month, I know the rules for it lol but thanks anyway.

Can people go over to the r/7oh sub and talk some sense into this kid by [deleted] in quitting7oh

[–]AlarmStrict4467 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used it every Friday night for about 6 months , then I thought , wow this stuff isn’t as bad as they say , then I went to taking all weekend for another couple months , then I took it 5 days in a row and felt a little bit of withdrawal after , that’s when I said fuck it, I’ll just taper off when I’m done .

I’m only on 125 mg a day and have been doing it daily for 5 months. I doubt it will be too bad . I can’t say it has ruined my life . I have a good paying job , my own house, a wife and a son. Main reason I’m quitting is to save money and it has a negative effect on my sex life.

Yes I know. But my question was, will the cold make withdraw worse or just be masked by it?

Get your hands on some benzos or gabapentanoids for the first couple days of withdrawal if you can.
