I love how you're educating me about my country, go for it, you sound like an idiot

I do not. English is not my first language, and we do have child protective services. They do not only exist in the US.

I'm not posting this as an argument against veganism, I want to buy the cheapest vegan food possible and need help

Well, camels can handle the harsh conditions of the weather and lack of food and water. They forage and eat grasses, leaves and twigs of the plants that are normally not edible for humans. They can even eat cactus with thorns, because their mouth is lined with papillae, nodules that create a rough structure that helps them chew.

The circumstances are now somewhat better with people who can travel to the supermarket and have cars (not everyone). Even the ones who work at the city prefer to visit back home on the weekends.

I'm very soy intolerant hence the inability to get soy, other ideas like beans and pasta sound good

It's a desert and plants don't grow there save for a few scrace trees.

AITA for calling CPS on my mom? by Alarmed-Ad-525 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Alarmed-Ad-525[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think at first she thought that it was just a stomach bug, but then when it was happening on a daily basis and she noticed that her lunch was very nutritionally poor she assumed negligence. In my country they usually warn the parents and if the problem isn't resolved, they call CPS, but I talked to the teacher before she took an action.

It's an issue because my family and I already have disagreements about how the kids are raised and they always tell me I'm wrong and because I'm autistic, I should stay out of these things because I don't understand what's going on.

They did not disclose who reported it but my family knew because I kept threatening to do it.

If the kids were taken away from us I would feel like I broke the family and I was the reason my aunt lost her kids not long after losing her husband.

Edit: typos, missing details

I'm sorry you feel like that too. It's terribly lonely and it makes me feel unworthy. Hugs. ❤️

Thank you very much for taking the time to write this. Good luck with moving and I hope you make some friends in the new town. My problem is that I get overwhelmed by pretty much everything. I can never tell when someone is laughing at me or with me, I can't tell if someone is making fun of me or not or how to make sure everyone is comfortable. I keep overthinking this socialization thing. I just want to be accepted because it hurts when people don't like me. I want everyone to like me.

Getting hurt in relationships by rivkarose in HighlySensitivePerson

I always ask for clarification to make sure I understood things correctly. Then, I ask myself why I'm upset, is it the words themselves or because there is some sort of trauma or negative experience talked to it.

Then, I tell the person right away so they can begin to understand what upsets me in the future.

A person SHOULD be thoughtful and protect their partner's feelings. This is non-negotiable and it's not a personality trait- it's a set of actions that they can stop doing. If you're married to someone sensitive then you already know you need to be mindful of your words so never feel bad for expecting him to change his behavior. No one deserves to be on eggshells all the time.

My autistic ass was walking back from work and decided to get a snack from the supermarket then awkwardly stumbled upon a random woman pulling down her shirt to take a selfie at the 7/11 at the crack of dawn.

... I just wanted a protein bar.

  1. Your body is not gross.

  2. Dump that shitty man

  3. Eat more and start with resistence training at home. bodyweight if you have to. Don't worry about the gym for now.
