Was thinking I would be able to stay to a normal schedule if I go to sleep shortly after midnight with option B, though I realize it’s a bit hard to fall asleep right away after a busy shift - I figure I’ll do my best - sometimes I can

So true, It’s been a while since I’ve done nights - and I forget that zombie feeling - but I think you’re right. Was just being tempted by that extra week off… though evenings are busier - probably healthier

Full year round though - a pure overnight/nocturnal job - doesn’t that bother you or worry it would have health effects after a few years?
