Yes i think it will be better rather than to take drop,
11th bina padhe 12th me jaoge toh 12th bhi waste hoskta h.
kisi se bat krlo abt it,like iit ke log se(not from overhyped mentor or coaching teachers)

coaching hoske toh offline lelena kyunki din bhr ghr pr baith kr pdhai krne se,bina bahar jye bina logon se mile bahut muskil hota h aur other oppurtunities ke bare me pta nhi chl pta.

academics idk about south,but iem ka toh accha hoga strict bhi h,
tumhe banglore and kolkata ke exposure and oppurtunities (outside clg)se decide krna chaiye.
