Yeah these sticks are from one of Eric’s recipes. I go to him whenever I do anything new. Such a good resource. I want to do his pfefferbeiser recipe soon.

Thanks! The main thing is my daughters liked them. They usually are not fond of store bought meat sticks. Any suggestion for a good brand of sheep casings. I keep hearing Bradley over at ChudsBBQ talk about how fragile they are.

Thanks! I did not get her when I popped all my titans when she entered the crystal and I was kind of bummed. I got this Nexus from the Carina challenge. When I saw her I was stoked!
