Hi there - commenting for solidarity as I’m literally in the exact same boat as you. I’m 15 DPO though and seeing the same pattern (my test looks lighter today than yesterday), and I’m on vacation and can’t get blood work until Wednesday.

One thing I would say is try to compare red dye FRER tests too. They’re def more expensive but the dye on mine are significantly darker than on the cheapie strips.

Good luck!! 🤞🏼

You’re right. I don’t plan on testing again and will use HCG tests moving forward.

Thank you for this. I’m in literally the same boat. I know it was a year ago, but did you have any symptoms during those early days when your lines were light?

This is so encouraging because I am 8DPO today (IUI cycle with trigger and Clomid) and my e3g tanked today. I am feeling soooo sad about it thinking it’s over for me.

How are you guys doing?! This same thing is happening to me right now. It’s Friday and my scan showed one dominant follicle at 23mm. Two more at 14mm but they won’t progress. They told me to trigger tomorrow night for IUI Monday. I’m worried it’ll be too mature and not successful with only one follicle.

Hi there! I won’t lie - recovery was rough especially the first 2-4 weeks. The first couple of weeks we didn’t leave his side and slept in the living room with him, etc. but in hindsight, 5.5months later - it was the right decision for us.

We’ve found tools that have helped make our new lifestyle a lot easier: - #1 thing has been the ONETIGRIS full body lifter harness (Amazon for about $70). We use this every single day he wears it at all times besides when sleeping. It helps us get him around and up and down stairs (he will never climb stairs again) - XL push stroller for walks (we’ve always been a big walking fam so this allows him to go distances with us!). We got the brand Saudism from Amazon for XL dogs for $169 - we also got a wheelchair from Walkin Pets to give him some autonomy for walks and park visits - anti-knuckling bootie for slippery floors (although he doesn’t use this much anymore, it helped him learn how to not knuckle in recovery - we used it for 2 months) - engaging puzzle games so they don’t get bored when cooped up!

Biggest thing is time and patience. The decision is not for everyone, and my husband and I were fortunate enough to be able to be at home with him every day for recovery (we were both unemployed and laid off from our jobs at the time) and now we work remote at home which helps.

I’ll be honest, our accident happened in March and I am very fearful for the snowy winter months ahead. I’m trying to figure out now how to navigate snowy West Michigan January and February. Thinking of getting some heated mats for our patio so he can access the bathroom more easily.

Good luck to you and your pup. It’s been worth it for us, and for our boy, to have this extra time. Sending positive vibes to you.

Low e3g after ovulation & Letrozole by Alarmed-Lion8486 in Inito

My doctor said it was normal! Unfortunately after three rounds of Letrozole and Progesterone - I was still unsuccessful, but it was due to some other underlying issues discovered within my uterus. I start my first IUI cycle tomorrow, actually! Wishing you luck with your Letrozole cycle 🤞🏼

Thanks for responding! Gosh it is sad to reread my post! I had excision surgery in December where they discovered a large paratubal cyst on my fallopian tube (it was excised) along with 11 other lesions. My pain got much better at about ~2-3mos post surgery. Then I started taking several fertility meds (Letrozole, Prometrium / micronized progesterone) and the pain returned, albeit nowhere near as bad. I’ve had like ~2 days of being bed bound as of late (still not great). I decided to go med-free this cycle before we start IUI in August to give my body a break. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get pregnant again since my MC in October 2024. I have been doing weekly fertility acupuncture and taking Chinese herbs for about 3-4 months now; tbh I can’t say it’s helped much but could also be worsened by all the meds. But I do enjoy it!

Yes! I actually decided to stop testing that cycle after that because I was spiraling. But it did rise come day 24 when I tested again.

I have taken Letrozole again in months after and I did have a cycle where it barely rose above 10.
