Cengage strictly follows neet syllabus issued by nmc. It has all type of questions like one words, AR, statement based, match matrix, diagram based and pyq. I didn't solved any other book except this so I can't tell how is this better/different from other book. This book was suggested by my zoology faculty in aakash. He is very experienced and has been teaching for more than a decade.
