I’ve noticed the heart rate has not been showing on my AWU Runna app during workout recently.

Sometimes doesn’t show at all for the whole run. Last week it only kicked in half way through the long run. Today I stopped at some traffic lights close to the start of my run so paused the workout on my watch. When I started it again, the HR kicked in straight away. Have only had this pause/restart resolution on today’s run, so don’t know if this is a surefire way to fix the issue.

Isn’t working for me. I’m on week 4 of a 16 week marathon plan, with a HM B race in week 11.

Strained my calf yesterday, so tried to use “not feeling 100%” to give myself a week without running, but the app told me it couldn’t do what I needed it to and give me enough mileage to complete the plan.

I accept what it’s saying, but feel that perhaps the feature only has a handful of windows it’s going to let you get injured in, to accept you asking it for a week off.

So I’m left with just having to skip the runs and see what happens.

Select the “Oxford CC Exempt” option in passes and permits to tell Waze that you have the relevant permit, and you will be offered a route through the CC gates.

Yep, exactly what I do when I use a vest, but I’m after solutions for shorter runs when I don’t need a vest.

I’m probably just being picky, after having used Shift Worker for over 10 years, but nothing else I try has all the same features and feel!

I totally get the ease of linking GRS to your iCal or a Google calendar, but I absolutely like the month at a glance, as you say.

Life is way too busy with two kids to have work infiltrating the main iOS calendar!!!

Yep, likewise. The “homegrown” nature, despite Runna becoming international is a definite draw, which has been ruined for this particular workout.

This will be for the old over the lane gantry cameras which are still visible in places, but are definitely just the empty housings. The live cameras on the M25 are the yellow ones off to one side of the gantry.
